PLAYER LAB01 / Start your Classic draft
Choose Start a new build. Each round deals three candidates from the current pool. The opening round is scoring, followed by three-point shooting, playmaking, rebounding, steals, blocks, free throws and field-goal efficiency.
02 / Inspect before you commit
Select a candidate to preview the trait, then confirm your pick. View source & stats opens the underlying dataset information. Once confirmed, the player is unavailable for the remaining rounds. Classic has no rerolls or timers. Lab has two free rerolls. Neither mode has paid advantages.
03 / Read the result
Complete all eight slots to see the weighted overall game rating. The result explains the two highest rated traits and the lowest. It is not a prediction of real basketball performance, a league ranking or a season simulation.
04 / Save or challenge a friend
Save a finished build to this browser, or copy a link to the same seeded challenge. A shared result link contains the selected IDs and can reconstruct the result with the matching dataset version. Links do not create accounts or public leaderboard entries.
What if I leave?
Progress is saved on this device when browser storage is available. Return to continue, or choose a new build and confirm the reset. Private browsing or blocked storage can prevent persistence; the game will tell you.
Lab mode: spin, assign, simulate
Open Lab from the navigation. Spin one player and place their corresponding statistic into any empty slot. You have two free re-rolls per experiment. Fill eight slots, name your player, inspect the radar chart, save or download your card, then run a fictional ten-season career. Next season reveals one year; Skip to retirement reveals all ten. Daily challenges use a shared UTC-date seed.
